NCC Bank orients new management trainee officers at head office
An orientation programme for newly joined Management Trainee Officers of NCC Bank was held recently at the bank's head office.
The event was attended by M Shamsul Arefin, Managing Director of the bank, along with M Khurshed Alam, Additional Managing Director. Md Habibur Rahman and Mohammed Mizanur Rahman, Deputy Managing Directors, and Rishad Hossain, Head of the Human Resources Division, were also present.
Welcoming the new recruits, Managing Director M Shamsul Arefin said the banking sector is becoming increasingly dependent on artificial intelligence and financial technology. He noted that professional knowledge alone is no longer sufficient for bank officials, stressing that innovative thinking, hard work, and ethical conduct are equally important.
