Nazrul University Skill Development Club organises job fair

Jatiya Kabi Kazi Nazrul Islam University's Skill Development Club (JKKNIU-SDC) organised a job fair at the university campus in Mymensingh on Sunday (30 July).

The primary objective of the job fair was to facilitate connections between talented individuals and leading companies, providing ample opportunities for networking, career advancement, and personal growth, reads a press release.

The event organisers have meticulously chosen a diverse range of companies to participate in the event, ensuring representation from various industries including Nitol Niloy, Perfetti Van Melle, Sk+f pharmaceuticals Ltd, IMBD Agency, Kinon, Somvob IT, TCL Global, PRAN, Creative IT, Corporate Ask, Diagram, Happy Haat, Team, Share Info, MOAS Academy, Excellence Bangladesh Digital, BGC, Rahimafrooze.

The event was co-organised by Excellence Bangladesh and powered by BEE Global Consultancy.

Acting Registrar Hafizur Rahman inaugurated the event. Proctor Sanjay Kumar Mukherjee was also present.

Nazrul University Vice-Chancellor Prof Dr Soumitra Sekhar was present as the chief guest of the event. 

Prof Sekhar said, "We are working to turn our students into skilled manpower. I believe that this job fair by the Skill Development Club of the university will play a helpful role to that end."

Actor and Nazrul University Teacher Manoj Pramanik, Excellence Bangladesh CEO Benjir Abrar, Nextgen Group CEO Kamrul Hassan, Corporate Ask CEO Niaz Ahmed, Head of HR of Sk+f pharmaceuticals Ltd Md Rafiqul Islam and founder president of JKKNIU-SDC Ibnul Haider Nakib were present as guest speakers.

Sohel Sadman Islam, president of JKKNIU-SDC, said, "This job fair holds immense potential to shape the career trajectories of our students and participants. We have carefully selected a wide array of companies representing various industries, ensuring diverse opportunities for our talented individuals."
