National finance holds 23rd annual general meeting
National Finance Limited held its 23rd Annual General Meeting on August 17, 2025, in Dhaka, with shareholders attending in person and foreign shareholders joining virtually.
Fahima Mannan, the company's Chairman, presided over the meeting. Among those present were Directors Abu Shamsul Kabir, Dr Fariha Nazah Kabir, Dr Nabiha S. Kabir, Independent Director Yaweer Saeed, and Managing Director Irteza Ahmed Khan.
During the AGM, the company's performance over the past year was reviewed, and future strategies aimed at strengthening the financial position and expanding services were discussed. Shareholders also approved the audited financial statements along with other statutory agendas presented at the meeting.
