MTO development training ends at Al-Arafah Islami Bank

Al-Arafah Islami Bank has concluded the ceremony of a month-long Foundation Training Course titled 'Overall Bank Management' as part of its one-year development programme for Management Trainee Officers (MTOs) on Wednesday, June 04, 2025.

Managing Director (Current Charge) Mohammad Rafat Ullah Khan attended the programme as chief guest.

In the speech, the chief guest,  Mohammad Rafat Ullah Khan, said, "Through this training, MTOs have acquired a comprehensive understanding of banking operations, which will play a vital role in shaping their future careers. Your goal will be to contribute to sustainable economic development by combining ethics, technology and innovation in the banking sector. Al-Arafah Islami Bank always prioritizes human resource development. This kind of training initiative will continue in the future to nurture skilled and competent leadership within the organization."

The Managing Director also advised the MTOs to take the Bank to unique heights by acquiring good moral character and performing their duties responsibly.Presided by Al-Arafah Islami Bank Training Institute (AIBTI) Principal Md Abdur Rahim Duary, Head of the Human Resources Division, and Senior Vice President Mohammad Amir Hossain, along with senior executives of the Bank, were present on the occasion.
