Mr Nurullah Chaudhury joins Bank Asia as Additional Managing Director
Mr Nurullah Chaudhury has joined Bank Asia PLC as Additional Managing Director and Chief Wholesale Banking Officer on 7 April 2025.
Prior to joining Bank Asia, Mr Chaudhury served as Deputy Managing Director and Head of Corporate Banking at The City Bank PLC.
With over 27 years of distinguished banking experience, Mr Chaudhury has expertise in Wholesale Banking, Cash Management, Syndication Financing, Offshore Banking, Supply Chain Financing, Non-Performing Loan Management, and other key banking areas.

Mr Chaudhury began his career with Shamil Bank of Bahrain E.C. and has held significant roles at Bank Al-Falah Ltd. and The City Bank PLC. His leadership, dynamism, and strategic vision have been instrumental in driving the growth of these organisations.
Mr Nurullah Chaudhury holds a B.S. in finance from the USA and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Dhaka. He has also participated in numerous training programmes both in Bangladesh and abroad.
