Janata Bank pays tribute to liberation war martyrs on victory day
Marking the Great Victory Day, Janata Bank PLC paid tribute to the martyrs of the Liberation War by laying wreaths at the National Martyrs' Memorial in Savar, led by the bank's Managing Director Md Mujibur Rahman.
Earlier in the morning, the national flag was hoisted at the bank's head office.
During the programmes, members of the bank's board of directors — including Dr Md Abdus Sabur, Abdul Majid Sheikh, Abdul Awal Sarker and Md Obaidul Haque — along with senior executives, leaders of the Nationalist Officers' Organisation, leaders of the Nationalist Employees' Union, and officers and employees from all levels of the bank were present.
