Islamic Finance and Investment PLC holds board meeting
The 372nd meeting of the board of directors of Islamic Finance and Investment PLC was held on Sunday, 25 January, 2026, at the company's head office.
The meeting was presided over by S M Bakhtiar Alam, chairman of the board of directors of Islamic Finance and Investment PLC.
Among those present were vice-chairmen Abul Quasem Haider and Mostanser Billa; directors Julia Rahman and Shafiqul Mawla; independent director Shayema Akter, FCA; and Md Nurul Azim, managing director of the company.
