Islami Bank board of directors holds meeting
A meeting of the board of directors of Islami Bank Bangladesh PLC was held on Thursday, 18 December 2025, at Islami Bank Tower.
The meeting was chaired by Professor Dr M Zubaidur Rahman, chairman of the bank.
Among those present were Mohammad Khurshid Wahab, chairman of the executive committee; Md Abdus Salam, FCA, FCS, chairman of the audit committee; Professor Dr M Masud Rahman, chairman of the risk management committee; independent director Md Abdul Jalil; Managing Director Md Omar Faruk Khan; Professor Dr Mohammad Abdus Samad, member secretary of the Shari'ah Supervisory Council; and Company Secretary Md Habibur Rahman.
