ICB signs trading agreement for AMS Global mutual fund
ICB, AMS Global Asset Management, and UCB Stock Brokerage have signed a three-way agreement to enable securities transactions for the AMS Global First Regular Income Fund.
The signing took place at the ICB boardroom in Dhaka on 21 April.
ICB will serve as the fund's custodian. Responsible for managing assets, AMS Global Asset Management Company Limited serves as the asset manager. UCB Stock Brokerage Limited acts as the brokerage house.
The agreement complies with the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (Mutual Fund) Rules, 2025.
Representing ICB, Irin Perveen Binte Faruque, assistant general manager of the Custodian Department, signed the agreement.
On behalf of the asset manager, Muhammad Asmoth Ali Dori, chief executive officer of AMS Global Asset Management Company Limited, signed the agreement. For the brokerage house, Mohammed Rahmat Pasha—managing director and chief executive officer of UCB Stock Brokerage Limited—added his signature.
Also present at the signing ceremony was ICB Deputy Managing Director Md Nurul Huda.
