ICB Asset Management and LankaBangla Securities sign selling agent agreement

ICB Asset Management Company Limited (IAMCL) and LankaBangla Securities PLC signed a selling agent agreement on January 16, 2025, at the ICB Head Office.

The agreement is designed to boost the sales of units from the open-end mutual funds managed by IAMCL and ensure that their services reach a wider customer base. It also aims to streamline the sales process and improve service delivery.

The ceremony was attended by key figures including Professor Abu Ahmed, Chairman of the Board of Directors for both ICB and IAMCL; Mr. Md. Abul Hossain, Managing Director of ICB; Ms. Mahmuda Akhter, CEO of IAMCL; Mr. Khandoker Saffat Reza, CEO of LankaBangla Securities PLC, and other senior officials from ICB, IAMCL, and LankaBangla Securities PLC.
