Hatem Sarkar Sporting Club organises Eid Ananda Mela
The vibrant spirit of Eid was celebrated through the "Eid Ananda Mela–2025," held recently at the Hatem Sarkar Bari playground in Kandi village, under Moshakhali union of Gafargaon upazila, Mymensingh.
The event was organised by the Hatem Sarkar Sporting Club, drawing large crowds from surrounding areas. Villagers of all ages—men, women, and children—joined in the festivities, making it a day of community bonding and celebration.
Alhaj Md Nurul Islam, President of the Hatem Sarkar Bari Jame Masjid, attended the event as chief guest. Following the conclusion of various games and competitions, he distributed prizes among the winners, commending participants for their enthusiasm and sportsmanship.

Club officials including Md Jahirul Islam (President), Hamida Akhter (Vice President), Md Ariful Islam (Secretary), and Abdullah Al Mamun (Captain) were present, along with other members of the organising committee. The event featured traditional games and friendly competitions, providing entertainment and fostering unity among residents.
Local dignitaries and spectators from nearby areas gathered in large numbers, adding to the festive atmosphere. The organisers expressed gratitude to all attendees and contributors who helped make the event a success.
