GPH International School recognises iP examination achievers
GPH International School in Munshiganj organised a reception ceremony on 8 January 2026 to honour its junior students for their achievements in the International Primary (iP) Examinations.
The event recognised students who secured world highest, Asia highest, and country highest marks, bringing recognition to the institution at the international level.
Mohammed Jahangir Alam, Chairman of GPH Ispat Group, Crown Cement Group, and Chartered Life Insurance Ltd, attended the programme as chief guest, while Professor Nazmun Nahar, Principal of Government Haraganga College, was present as special guest. Members of the school management committee, parents, teachers, and other invited guests also attended the ceremony.
In his welcome address, Brigadier General Khandaker Farhad Hossain (retd), Principal of GPH International School, thanked the guests and parents for their continued support. He stated that the students' success reflected their dedication, the commitment of teachers, and the guidance of parents, and reaffirmed the school's focus on academic excellence, discipline, moral values, and holistic development.
Addressing the event, Alamgir Kabir, Chairman of the School Management Committee, stated that education goes beyond examination results and plays a vital role in shaping character and responsible citizenship.
Speaking as chief guest, Jahangir Alam congratulated the students and encouraged them to uphold moral values and contribute positively to the nation. He stressed the importance of a balanced education system combining academic learning, technical skills, and social values.
In her remarks, Professor Nazmun Nahar praised the school's disciplined and learner-friendly academic environment, and commended the teachers for their dedication and professionalism.
The programme concluded with the formal inauguration of the newly constructed school building by the chief guest.
