European University crowned champions of Clemon Indoor Uni Cricket 2026
European University of Bangladesh were crowned champions of Clemon Indoor Uni Cricket 2026 at the Shaheed Suhrawardy Indoor Stadium in Mirpur, closing the eighth edition of the private university cricket tournament.
Organised by Clemon, the tournament featured teams from 32 universities competing for the title, alongside activities for students and spectators, according to the press release.
Led by captain Sariful Islam (Saker), European University of Bangladesh delivered strong performances throughout the tournament before lifting the championship trophy.

The tournament also featured engagement activities across participating campuses and at the venue.
Ahead of the matches, a Trophy Ride visited all 32 participating universities as part of the campaign.
Spectators at the Mirpur venue also had the opportunity to take part in helicopter rides and other activities.
Through the "Clearly Bangladeshi" activation, spectators could win gifts, while the "Catch It, Win It" programme offered Tk500 to those who successfully caught a ball.
Clemon Super Fans also attended the tournament to cheer for and support their respective university teams.
Akij Food & Beverage Limited Chief Executive Officer Syed Zahurul Alam said, "This year's Clemon Indoor Uni Cricket once again invited university students to bring out the deshi josh and excitement of the youth for cricket."
"From the participation of 32 universities to every match on the field and the involvement of spectators, the entire tournament was truly vibrant. We look forward to celebrating this cricketing passion of the youth on an even bigger scale in the years to come," he added.
