Electromart honours top partners at Konka, GREE and Haiko meet 2026
The Bangladesh chapter of the Partners Meet 2026 for global electronics brands KONKA, GREE and HAIKO was held at a five-star hotel ballroom in Dhaka, with more than 1,000 partners and associates from across the country in attendance.
The conference was inaugurated with an address by Chairman of Electromart Group Mohammed Nurun Newaz Salim, who expressed gratitude to partners, associates and guests for their continued support in promoting and expanding KONKA, GREE and HAIKO products in Bangladesh over the past three decades.
He reaffirmed Electromart Group's commitment to advancing the country's electronics sector, highlighting the company's focus on manufacturing world-class, high-quality and affordable electronics. He also referred to the establishment of a production facility in Narayanganj, noting that the group continues to expand its product portfolio.
Managing Director of Electromart Group Md Nurul Amin said Bangladesh's electronics industry was once fully dependent on imports but is now gradually transforming into a self-reliant manufacturing sector due to industry-friendly policies. He said KONKA, GREE and HAIKO products are currently being manufactured in Bangladesh and expressed optimism that these products would soon be exported under the "Made in Bangladesh" label.
In his welcome speech, Group Deputy Managing Director Mohammad Nurussafa Babu praised the long-standing contribution of the company's partners, noting that their dedication, commitment and collective efforts over more than 30 years have been central to the success of the brands.
Speaking at the event, Group Deputy Managing Director Md Nurul Afser said KONKA, GREE and HAIKO products have become household names across Bangladesh, including in remote areas. He credited partners for their role in ensuring nationwide acceptance of the brands and presented the latest product models, highlighting advanced features, quality, reliability and affordability.
During the conference, business partners expressed satisfaction with the market performance of KONKA, GREE and HAIKO products, citing rising demand across the country. Several partners shared confidence that the brands would soon emerge as leaders in Bangladesh's electronics market.
The conference concluded with an award ceremony recognising top-performing local partners of 2025, who were honoured with crests for their contributions.
The event was also attended by Group Directors Mohammed Sazzad Un Newaz and Nurul Azim Sunny; General Manager Mahmudun Nabi Chowdhury, along with other senior officials.
