DBH Finance marks 30 years of housing finance in Bangladesh
DBH Finance PLC has marked 30 years of operations in Bangladesh, having provided housing finance to more than 63,000 families since beginning its journey in 1996.
Over the past three decades, the company has expanded its home financing operations while focusing on responsible lending, customer service and the development of Bangladesh's housing sector, according to the press release.
Commenting on the milestone, DBH Finance Managing Director and CEO Nasimul Baten said, "Reaching 30 years is a significant milestone for DBH, but more importantly, it is a celebration of the trust placed in us by thousands of families, customers, partners and stakeholders."

DBH has also maintained a focus on financial discipline and risk management throughout its three-decade journey.
The company has maintained an AAA credit rating for 21 consecutive years, while its non-performing loan ratio has never exceeded 1%.
DBH currently provides both conventional and Islamic financing products, including standard and affordable home financing, through its 19 branches across the country.
Its Islamic Financing Wing operates under the DBH Islamic brand, providing Shariah-compliant financing and deposit products alongside its conventional financial services.
Looking ahead, DBH said it aims to build on its three-decade presence by expanding access to housing finance, strengthening its footprint across Bangladesh and supporting environmentally responsible housing.
The company has also adopted the theme "Resilient Today, Ready for Tomorrow" in its recent corporate communications, reflecting its focus on building on its existing foundation while preparing for future opportunities.
