Ceramic expo 2025 opens with big slabs and precision cutting showcase
High-quality ceramic tiles are enabling a new range of advanced applications, as Tilottama Bangla Ltd and MyKitchen showcased Big Slabs and precision cutting as next-generation design solutions at Ceramic Expo 2025.
The expo, one of the most anticipated events in Bangladesh's building materials and finishing sector, began today, 27 November 2025, at the International Convention City Bashundhara (ICCB). This year, Tilottama Bangla Ltd and MyKitchen have brought a forward-looking display that positions ceramic not only as a flooring option but also as a versatile material with multi-layered architectural and interior applications.
The Tilottama–MyKitchen stall features two key innovations: large-format ceramic Big Slabs and advanced precision-cutting services. Big Slabs offer seamless, jointless surfaces that create a modern and expansive visual effect. They are suitable for living spaces, wall cladding, bathrooms, kitchen countertops, commercial interiors, and exterior façades.
Tilottama's precision-cutting capabilities enable an extensive range of customised designs, including special shapes, designer profiles, decorative elements, intricate panels, staircase finishes, and furniture surfaces. These applications are possible due to the superior strength, thickness, and durability of premium ceramic tiles—features that basic local tiles cannot provide. The company notes that introducing new surfaces and technologies every year is its core strength in offering total building solutions.
Tilottama Bangla Ltd stated:
"High-quality ceramic tiles open the door to multiple advanced applications. Beyond conventional flooring, ceramic today stands as a design, architectural, and expressive material."
