BSRM Steels Limited concludes twenty second AGM
BSRM Steels Limited successfully held its 22nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on December 14,2024 .
The meeting was conducted digitally through a virtual platform in compliance with the guidelines set by the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC).
The company chairman, Mr Ali Hossain Akbar Ali FCA, presided over the meeting. In his opening remarks, he highlighted various key aspects of the company's financial performance for the year under review and discussed plans.

The audited financial statements and the directors' report for the financial year 2023-24 were approved at the meeting. Shareholders unanimously re-elected the company's directors and appointed auditors for the financial year 2024-25.
Mr Amir Ali Hossain, the esteemed Managing Director of the company, presented the directors' report and informed the shareholders about various important issues related to the company. Shareholders participated in the AGM using their unique BO IDs and unanimously approved all agendas, including a 32% cash dividend.
Shareholders raised questions on various issues, including the audited financial statements, and the company secretary provided comprehensive answers. Shareholders also expressed their trust, confidence, and reliance on the company's board of directors and management.
Many shareholders, including the company's managing director, directors, and secretary, participated in the virtual meeting.
