British Council honours top schools at Principals’ Meet 2025
The British Council Partner Schools Principals' Meet 2025 brought together more than 200 English medium school leaders from across Bangladesh in a dynamic forum to exchange ideas, share experiences, and celebrate achievements.
The annual gathering was held on 12 November 2025 at Radisson Blu Water Garden, Dhaka.
The event serves as a platform for the Partner Schools community to discuss challenges, recognise successes, and strengthen collaboration within the country's English-medium education sector.
"It is a privilege to bring together school leaders from our Partner Schools network," said Stephen Forbes, Country Director, British Council Bangladesh. "This annual gathering helps us connect, share insights, and learn from one another. Congratulations to all the winners — their initiatives reflect remarkable contributions to building a stronger, more inclusive educational community that empowers both students and educators."
Maxim Raimann, Exams Director, British Council Bangladesh, highlighted the impact of the British Council's large-scale and efficient exam administration, while Zunayed Ahmed, Director, Operations Examinations, delivered a strategic briefing titled "The Value We Deliver: Our Partnership Dividend", outlining the tangible benefits of the Partner Schools network.
The British Council also honoured outstanding schools for their exemplary initiatives:

The event featured a presentation on inclusive education, "Learning Knows No Bounds", by Limia Dewan, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Education Specialist, followed by a briefing on Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and Online Support for Schools (OSS) by Sana Shahid, Master Trainer, British Council Bangladesh.
The day concluded with a cultural programme celebrating Bangladesh's heritage and diversity, followed by closing remarks from Tahnee Yeasmin, Director of Business Development, British Council Bangladesh.
