BRAC Bank partners with MetLife for seamless digital premium payment
BRAC Bank PLC has entered into a strategic partnership with MetLife Bangladesh to simplify and streamline premium payments for MetLife policyholders through both digital and physical banking channels.
Under the collaboration, MetLife customers can now pay premiums via BRAC Bank's branches, sub-branches, agent banking outlets, ASTHA internet banking, payment gateways, ATMs and CDMs, as well as through Direct Debit Instructions. Enabled by real-time API integration, the system ensures instant payment reflection, faster reconciliation and greater operational transparency.
The agreement was signed in Dhaka on 30 October 2025 by Tareq Refat Ullah Khan, Managing Director and CEO of BRAC Bank, and Ala Ahmad, CEO of MetLife Bangladesh.
