bKash tops overall best Brand list at Best Brand Award 2025
Bangladesh Brand Forum held the 17th edition of the Best Brand Award through a grand gala ceremony at Le Méridien Dhaka on 20 December, recognising leading brands across multiple sectors.
A total of 61 awards were presented at the Best Brand Award 2025, including honours for 45 brands across 45 categories. The Overall Top 15 Most Loved Brands of Bangladesh were also announced, alongside the Most Emerging Brand of Bangladesh award.
The event was organised in partnership with nSearch Ltd.
Local brands continued to dominate the Overall Top 15 Most Loved Brands list. bKash secured the top position, followed by RFL Houseware in second place and Radhuni in third.
The remaining brands in the top 15, ranked fourth to fifteenth, were Ispahani Mirzapore Tea, Grameenphone, Shwapno, Fresh Atta/Maida/Suzi, Close Up, Sunsilk Shampoo, Maggi 2 Minute Noodles, ACI Pure Salt, Parachute Advansed, Pran Mango Juice, Mojo and Rupchanda Fortified Soyabean Oil.
AMA Coffee received the Most Emerging Brand of Bangladesh award for demonstrating the highest growth in brand equity over consecutive assessments.
Bangladesh Brand Forum said the Best Brand Award has been recognising brands for 17 consecutive years based on their business value and contribution to consumers' lives. The initiative was launched in 2008 and has since become one of the country's leading branding recognitions.
To determine the winners, nSearch conducted a nationwide study covering all eight divisions, including both urban and rural areas. A total of 12,400 interviews were conducted with equal participation from men and women. The assessment was based on category-wise brand equity evaluation and cross-category harmonisation. The methodology was presented at the event by Asif Mahamud, Director of nSearch Ltd.
In his inaugural address, Shariful Islam, Founder and Managing Director of Bangladesh Brand Forum, said brands play a critical role in shaping culture, aspirations and economic progress, and called for greater responsibility, innovation and meaningful impact from brand leaders.
The Best Brand Award 2025 was supported by International Advertising Association Bangladesh as strategic partner, Turkish Airlines as official carrier partner, Marketing Society of Bangladesh as knowledge partner, Le Méridien Dhaka as hospitality partner and Backpage PR as PR partner.
