BIFFL distributes 640 saplings among schoolchildren in Khulna
Bangladesh Infrastructure Finance Fund Limited (BIFFL) launched a CSR initiative at Naksa Government Primary School in Koyra upazila, Khulna, to promote tree planting, environmental awareness, and climate resilience among students.
As part of the initiative, BIFFL distributed 640 mango and mahogany saplings to 320 students on 20 September, encouraging environmental awareness and responsibility among young people in the coastal region, according to the press release.
Naksa Government Primary School organised the tree plantation programme.

BIFFL Chief Executive Officer SM Anisuzzaman and Head of Sustainable Finance Unit Sheikh Anower Sadat attended the programme, along with other BIFFL officials and members of the school committee.
Through the initiative, BIFFL said it reaffirmed its commitment to environmental protection, sustainable development, and climate resilience in Bangladesh.
