Amari Dhaka unveils Christmas dining and kids’ events
Amari Dhaka has announced a series of festive dining and family-friendly events to mark the Christmas season, featuring a special dinner buffet and a dedicated children's party on 25 December.
Amaya Food Gallery will host a Christmas dinner buffet on the evening of 25 December from 6:30pm to 10:30pm. The buffet is priced at Tk8,999 net and includes an eat four, pay one offer, according to the hotel.
The Christmas spread will feature a range of international dishes and desserts, with appetisers, soups, cold cuts, terrines, artisanal cheeses and crackers. Four live kitchen stations will serve a variety of main courses. The Butcher's Corner will offer whole roast turkey, quail, lamb, chicken, stuffed chicken, lamb rolls, roasted vegetables, potatoes, giblet gravy and cranberry sauce. The buffet will also include Indian, Japanese, Chinese and Thai selections.

Earlier in the day, Amari Dhaka will host a Christmas kids' party at the Eden Ballroom from 10:00am to 4:00pm. The programme will include games, rides and activities such as a ball pool, bouncing castle, merry-go-rounds, art and cupcake-making sessions, movie screenings and appearances by Santa Claus and mascots.
The Jingle Joy kids' party package is priced at Tk2,000 net and includes food coupons, entertainment and access to all rides and activities.
Throughout the festive season, Christmas logs, cookies and chocolate house items will be available at the Cascade Lobby Lounge.
Amari Dhaka has also introduced special festive room rates, with a superior queen room priced at Tk13,499 net for double occupancy, while the same room with breakfast is available at Tk15,999 net.
