Agrani Bank holds managers conference in Rajshahi

The Agrani Bank Rajshahi Circle Managers' Conference was held to assess the progress of the 2025 business plan, boost core deposit collection, expand CMSME loan disbursement, and enhance remittance mobilisation. The conference brought together regional heads and branch managers from Rajshahi, Bogura, Sirajganj, Natore, Chapainawabganj, Naogaon, and Joypurhat.

The event took place at the Nice Convention Centre in Rajshahi, with Agrani Bank PLC's Chief Executive Officer, Md Anwarul Islam, attending as the chief guest. Deputy Managing Director Md Abul Bashar was present as the guest of honour, while Sudhir Ranjan Bishwas, General Manager of the Rajshahi Circle, presided over the session. A.K.M. Shamim Reza, General Manager of the Recovery & NPA Management Division, also attended as a special guest.

During his address, CEO Md Anwarul Islam underscored the need for strengthening classified loan recovery, increasing core deposit collection, driving remittance growth, and expanding import and export operations. He urged bank officials to prioritise customer service and uphold the institution's reputation to further solidify Agrani Bank's standing.
