ACL, Singer Bangladesh sign mou to boost business growth
Asia Coatings (Pvt) Ltd (ACL), a subsidiary of JAT Holdings PLC and a leading provider of premium wood coating solutions, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with SINGER Bangladesh Limited to strengthen their strategic partnership and accelerate business growth.
The signing ceremony took place at SINGER Bangladesh's corporate office and was attended by senior executives from both companies, as well as their sales and marketing teams.
The MoU was signed by Shamara Wanniarachchi, Director and Country Head – Bangladesh at ACL, and M H M Fairoz, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of SINGER Bangladesh.

"This MoU with SINGER Bangladesh deepens our partnership and sets the stage for sustainable growth through joint initiatives, technology sharing and expanded training opportunities, creating long-term value for both ACL and SINGER, and benefitting our employees and stakeholders," said Wanniarachchi.
"This agreement demonstrates our shared goal to expand opportunities, strengthen market presence and provide customers with improved product access, broader service options and enhanced support, all while driving growth for both organisations," added Fairoz.
