ACI Properties, EDOTCO partner on employee housing services
ACI Properties Limited and EDOTCO Bangladesh Co Ltd have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to provide EDOTCO employees with residential property and rental support through Sereno Levande under a three-year agreement, according to a press release.
Under the three-year agreement, ACI Properties' flagship brand will help EDOTCO employees buy, sell, and rent properties.
Country Managing Director of EDOTCO Bangladesh Al Batuni Mohammad Sayed Ahmed and Director of ACI Properties Tanvir Shahriar Rimon signed the MoU at EDOTCO Bangladesh's corporate headquarters in Dhaka on behalf of their respective organisations.
The services will include dedicated relationship management, personalised property advice, complimentary property verification, guided viewings, priority access to selected listings, and exclusive partner campaigns and offers.
Tanvir Shahriar Rimon said, "We are pleased to partner with EDOTCO to provide its employees with a more trusted, structured, and seamless approach to meeting their housing needs."
"Through this collaboration, we aim to combine access to quality property options with professional advice and end-to-end support, making the home-finding journey more efficient and convenient," he said.
He added that the partnership reflected ACI Properties' commitment to creating value for corporate communities and bringing its "Living, Harmonised" philosophy to life.
Al Batuni Mohammad Sayed Ahmed said employee wellbeing extended beyond the workplace and included creating a sense of security and peace of mind.

ACI Properties said it was developing an integrated, technology-enabled property-services ecosystem to improve trust, convenience and professionalism in Bangladesh's property sector.
Through Sereno Levande, the company provides residential rentals, serviced apartments, property management, property buying and selling, corporate housing, and commercial space services.
