AB Bank hosts Iftar Mahfil
AB Bank PLC., the first private sector bank in the country, has hosted an Iftar Mahfil to honour the country's Media personnel and recognise their contribution to fearless and constructive Journalism.
Journalists from different print, electronic, and online news portals, media personnel, and senior bank officials were present at the Iftar Mahfil.
Mr Syed Mizanur Rahman, managing director and CEO (acting), praised journalists' role in helping restore discipline in the financial sector. He emphasized that the media, with their constructive reports, can create public opinion that lawmakers can consider while planning economic development.
