The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation (HSBC) in Bangladesh recently officially launched its Dhanmondi branch on the tenth floor of Bay's Park Height.

A new queue management system has been designed to enhance the visitor's experience and reduce the use of paper tickets, with customers able to enter service request details via an iPad and generate a service ticket, read a press release.

Md Shafiul Islam Mohiuddin, MP, Dhaka 10, was present as the chief guest at the virtual inauguration ceremony of the new branch of HSBC on 15 December, it added.
