Air Force training aircraft crashes during landing, skids off runway at Jashore Airport, pilots uninjured
Confirming the matter to The Business Standard, Sayedur Rahmam, Jessore Airport manager, said, "During a normal landing while training, the Air Force training aircraft crashed and skidded off the runway."

A training aircraft of the Bangladesh Air Force made an emergency crash landing in Jashore during a training session at approximately 12:55pm today (13 March).
"A Grob-120TP training aircraft of the Bangladesh Air Force crashed at approximately 12:55 pm today, during an emergency landing at Jashore Airport after completing regular training," reads an ISPR press statement.
"The two pilots of the training aircraft, Group Captain Molla Mohammad Tahidul Hasan and Squadron Leader Ahmed Musa, are safe and sound," it adds.
The aircraft took off from the Air Force Base Birshreshtha Matiur Rahman at 12:18pm for training.
"A high-level investigation committee of the Air Force has already been formed to find out the cause of the accident," says ISPR.
Confirming the matter to The Business Standard, Sayedur Rahmam, Jessore Airport manager, said, "During a normal landing while training, the Air Force training aircraft crashed and skidded off the runway. The two pilots of the aircraft are unharmed. The runway was cleared immediately after the incident."
