Saudi Arabia has agreed not to expand any of the precautionary steps curb the spread of Covid-19 since new cases in the Kingdom seem to have stabilised in recent days.
According to the Saudi Press Agency, which cited an official source at the interior ministry on Friday, Saudi Arabia rescinded the precautionary steps it declared on Feb 3 and 14. reports Saudi Gazette.
The step, which takes effect on Sunday (March 7), allows restaurants and cafes to resume dine-in operation, as well as leisure activities and events, as well as the opening of cinemas, indoor entertainment centres, and independent indoor games venues such as gyms and sports centres.
However, before further notice, all activities and celebrations, including weddings, business gatherings, and events in banquet halls, independent reception halls, and hotel wedding venues, will remain suspended.
