Another member of the Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) has died from the novel coronavirus in Dhaka today.
The deceased Md Sirajul Islam, was a constable of Uttara division of DMP, hailed from Mymensingh, said a press release.
He breathed his last at around 4:38 am at Rajarbagh Central Police Hospital while undergoing treatment.

His body was sent to his village home by the help of Bangladesh Police. He will be buried in the family graveyard in presence of senior police officials.
He joined in Bangladesh Police on January 10, 1994.
So far, Bangladesh Police have reported the deaths of 52 police members from the deadly virus.
