Telecom operator Grameenphone (GP) has recently partnered with Symphony Bangladesh to provide customers its services from select Symphony stores countrywide.

According to a press release issued by GP, under the new partnership, GP customers will be able to use five GP services – purchasing new SIMs, replacing 4G SIMs, purchasing packs, recharging numbers, and using BillPay – at select Symphony stores.

Among the mentioned services, GP Star subscribers will enjoy free replacement of 4G SIMs.

Additionally, all GP customers will enjoy special offers while purchasing new SIMs and 4G replacements, added the press release.

As a connectivity partner to Digital Bangladesh, GP has undertaken several initiatives to provide better services to its customers amid the Covid-19 pandemic, the press release added.
