Building A Better Tomorrow

Once a small realtor office in BRTC Bhaban, bti now proudly stepped on to its 38th anniversary this year. Throughout this journey bti has excelled in its work and also went beyond the business several times, taking various initiatives to give back to the society and to ensure satisfaction for all who are involved with us.

We Care For Our Customers

Bti has always been a highly customer-centric company. In the 38 years of experience we have delivered homes on time and ahead of time to more than 6000 customers! In fact, despite the pandemic, we successfully delivered 23 projects within deadline to more than 400 families last year. We are the only real estate company with this unbeatable record of handover and we are well known for our excellent customer service. Homeowners have sung our praises because they realized how deeply we care about their hopes and expectations from us. Landowners can wholeheartedly count on us in a joint venture, because of our tendency to act upon their preferences, our high credit rating, and our ISO certifications in construction and design.

All our projects have fire safety and earthquake-resistant features for the safety of the residents. We introduced Smart Home features in our recent Luxury and Wellness Communities Collections for their convenience. In every project we put considerable thought towards customer demand. In any situation, we show every bit of transparency and allow the customer to make informed decisions because we truly care about our customers.

Improving Our Services

Bti has expanded to Chattogram as well, and we only hope to broaden our horizons. We constantly develop ourselves with new services and innovations for the customers' benefits. All of bti's strategic business units follow the same mantra of customer care.

  • bti Brokerage, customers can buy, sell, and rent properties at ease, knowing that bti is there as their reliable intermediary and support at every step.
  • With Square Feet Story (SFS), you can get a hands-on expert team to design your dream space, whether it is residential or commercial. One can avail one or many services at once from SFS, including architectural design, construction management, interior design, landscaping, and even legal assistance.
  • To support freelancers and entrepreneurs, bti opened The Business Center, a co-working space where you can get a fully ready office setup for a few hours or several months!
  • Our innovative Building Products are widely trusted by individuals and other realtors for eco-friendly construction. In fact, since 2014 we have been manufacturing and using these products in all of our projects, in an effort to reduce our carbon footprint on the environment. We paved the way for others to follow suit.
  • We do not abandon our customers right after handover. Our Property Management services ensure that customers get trained security personnel, caretakers, and staff who will take care of their homes. For any renovation work, maintenance, and financial issues we are always ready to help.
  • The Covid pandemic caused most people to stay indoors. To help deliver fresh produce to their doorsteps, bti launched Healthy Harvest, where customers can buy chemical-free agro products for their homes.

We Are A Desirable Workplace

bti believes that its work culture is its strength. We celebrate occasions, team success, exchanging ideas, and hard work. Employees are rewarded for adhering to the core values of the company. Should anyone fall sick or face an accident, the Welfare Fund is present for their financial help. bti also ensured adequate hygienic practices in the workplace for employees to work in safer conditions. The pandemic has caused much stress to some of our employees, so we arranged mental health programs to support them. The Knowledge Club is an initiative taken for employees to dive into personal development. This year bti also decided to award scholarships for meritorious students of our employees, to make education easily accessible. These are just a few of our attempts at being a world-class organization.

Beyond The Business

btirecognises corporate social responsibility and contributes to the society as often as possible. We are the proud sponsors of the Bangladesh National Golf team. This is our way of encouraging sports. We are also deeply involved in academic research in collaboration with various universities for the development of the real estate and construction industries. We often engage in charities and social campaigns such as mosquito extermination schemes. To raise fire safety awareness we train all our employees, security personnel, and even project residents so that they can deal with fire emergencies properly. In every aspect, the company tries hard to give back to society. bti only hopes to serve and care for the society more as we step into the future.

We look back at the good times and the hard times; our achievements and our struggles. This successful journey of bti would not be possible without our customers, stakeholders, employees, and well wishers who believed in us as a formidable brand in the real estate industry. We are truly grateful to all those who are involved with us. The bti family strives to evolve with changes in the real estate sector to build a better tomorrow.
