Dr Bidhan said, "Khokon had sustained burn injuries to about 30% of his body. As his condition deteriorated, he was shifted from Dhaka Medical College Hospital to the National Institute of Burn and Plastic Surgery. Despite maximum medical care, his condition did not improve."
