NU community mourns passing of assistant director
Mohammad Abu Hanif Khondker, Assistant Director of the Information and Service Office at the National University, passed away peacefully at Ibn Sina Hospital in Dhaka's Kalyanpur at 6:15am on 14 September after a long illness. He was 47.
His funeral prayer was held at 2:30pm on the National University campus. He is lovingly remembered by his wife, two daughters, and many relatives and colleagues.
National University Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr ASM Amanullah expressed deep sorrow at this loss. In a condolence message, he prayed for the departed soul and conveyed heartfelt sympathy to the bereaved family.
