Eminent physician Professor Dr Azizur Rahman passes away
Renowned physician and educator Professor Dr Md Azizur Rahman passed away at Mount Adora Hospital in Sylhet on Sunday, 5 October, at 11:30pm. (Inna Lillahi wa Inna Ilayhi Raji'un). He was 87.
Professor Rahman was widely respected for his wisdom, compassion, and integrity. Throughout his distinguished career as a teacher and physician, he devoted himself to serving humanity through education, healthcare, and social welfare.
His life's work left a lasting impact on his students, patients, and colleagues alike. The bereaved family has requested prayers for the forgiveness and eternal peace of his departed soul.
