On Tuesday (March 4), the Police-1 branch of the Ministry of Home Affairs issued a notification regarding the transfers

Bangladesh Police transfers 18 officers, including three additional IGPs

The Bangladesh Police has transferred 18 officers in the ranks of additional IGP, DIG, and superintendent of Police.

On Tuesday (March 4), the Police-1 branch of the Ministry of Home Affairs issued a notification regarding the transfers.

The notification was signed by Md. Mahbubur Rahman, Additional Secretary of the Police-1 branch of the Ministry of Home Affairs, on behalf of the President's order.

The transfer list includes three Additional Inspectors General of Police (Additional IGP), seven DIGs, and eight Superintendents of Police.

The notification further mentions that this order, issued in the public interest, will take immediate effect.
