Kuwait lifts ban on import of Bangladeshi frozen products

Kuwait has lifted its ban on the import of frozen poultry meat, meat products, and eggs from Bangladesh, the Bangladesh Embassy in Kuwait has said.
In a notification issued yesterday (15 December), the embassy said the Kuwaiti government has withdrawn the restriction that had been imposed on the import of all types of frozen poultry meat, meat products, and eggs from Bangladesh.
Following the decision, Bangladeshi expatriate traders based in Kuwait will once again be able to import these products from Bangladesh. The embassy has requested that all concerned Bangladeshi businesspersons in Kuwait be informed of the development.
