Fire at garment factory in Kamalapur brought under control
On information, 10 units of fire service units rushed to the spot to put out the fire.

A fire that broke out at a garment factory near the BRTC bus depot in the capital's Kamalapur area has been brought under control.
The fire came under control around 9 am. No casualties were immediately reported in the blaze, confirmed Ershad Hossain, duty officer of the fire service.
The fire broke out at the 6th floor of the 'Oli garments' building at 7:40 am. On information, 10 units of fire service units rushed to the spot to put out the fire.
The fire was brought under control after an effort of about an hour and a half, said Hossain.
Details including the cause of the blaze could not be known immediately.
