National University students taking honors final exam can apply for BCS
The National University issued a press release announcing the decision on Tuesday

Students who took part in the National University (NU) honours final year examination will be able to take part in the 43rd Bangladesh Civil Service (BCS) examination.
The NU students, who have attended honours final year examination can apply for the 43rd BCS examination in appeared category, said a press release on Tuesday.
The authorities concerned have been decided that the candidates who have taken part in honours final exam in 2019 from the National University and also have not yet been able to complete all the examinations due to the coronavirus pandemic will be able to take part in the 43rd BCS examination as "appeared".
However, students who took part in the honours final examinations but failed in one or more courses in the 1st year, 2nd year and 3rd year examinations will not get this opportunity, added the release.
In addition, only students in professional courses (BBA, CEC, BEd Honors and ECE) who have passed all the courses from 1st semester through 8th semester and have taken part in the final examination of 8th semester can participate in the 43rd BCS examination.
