Dr Zubaida Rahman departs for London to spend Eid with family

After spending a month in Bangladesh with her family, Dr Zubaida Rahman, wife of BNP's acting Chairman Tarique Rahman, is heading back to London to celebrate Eid-ul-Adha with her husband and daughter.
She is scheduled to fly out on a Qatar Airways flight at 11am today (5 June).
According to BNP Media Cell, she had already left her Gulshan residence for Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport in the morning.
After 17 years in exile, Dr Zubaida Rahman returned to Dhaka on 6 May, with her mother-in-law and former prime minister Khaleda Zia, in an air ambulance provided by the Emir of Qatar.
She left Dhaka with her husband Tarique Rahman and daughter Zaima Rahman 17 years ago, on 11 September 2008.
