4 arrested at Manikganj for killing a man pumping air into rectum
Deceased’s wife has filed a case mentioning name of fours and accusing some other unknown persons
Police have arrested four people for killing a labourer by pumping air into his rectum in Manikganj.
The deceased - Julhas, 39, was a cleaning worker of Akij Textile at Manikganj's Jagir union.
Additional Police Superintendent of Manikganj circle Bhaskar Saha confirmed the matter to The Business Standard on Thursday night.

"Four colleagues of Julhas injured him inside Akij Textile by forcing air into his rectum. Initially, he was taken to district hospital, but later doctors sent him to Dhaka for better treatment," said Bhaskar Saha.
Later Julhas succumbed to his injuries at 3 pm in Shaheed Suhrawardy Medical College and Hospital. His body has been kept in morgue for autopsy.
