3 killed in truck-bike collision in Tangail

Three people, including a teenager, were killed as a truck rammed a motorcycle in Tangail on Wednesday.
The accident took place on Tangail-Aricha highway at Daspara area under Nagarpur upazila in the morning.
The identities of the deceased could not be known immediately.

"An Aricha-bound truck from Nagarpur hit a motorcycle coming from the opposite direction, leaving the trio dead on the spot," Nagarpur police station Officer-in-Charge Bahalul Khan said.
Later, police reached the spot and recovered the bodies. The killer truck has also been seized.
