Thousands of shoes laid out in Amsterdam to honour children killed in Gaza
The event was organised by the Plant an Olive Tree Foundation, according to media reports.

Thousands of shoes were placed in Dam Square in Amsterdam, Netherlands, on Sunday (12 April), in a memorial honouring Palestinian children and journalists killed in the Gaza conflict.
The event was organised by the Plant an Olive Tree Foundation, according to media reports.
The display featured children's shoes symbolising the nearly 20,000 children reported killed, alongside photos of 313 journalists who have died over the past two and a half years.
