One dead, several injured in Iranian naval accident

The Iranian navy reported one dead and several injured during a naval exercise.

The incident happened on the vessel Konarak vessel, according to the Fars news agency.

Unconfirmed posts on social media claimed dozens had been killed in a friendly fire incident during the exercise.
