Blast near Kyiv TV tower

A massive plume of smoke has emerged near Kyiv's TV tower. It's uncertain whether the tower was hit directly. Footage posted on social media shows an explosion in the region, reports BBC.
Earlier, the Russian Defense Ministry informed citizens of Kyiv that it was planning to attack locations in the city.
