US President Donald Trump has claimed that he and Chinese President Xi Jinping reached an agreement on TikTok's US operations in a phone call. However, Beijing has not yet confirmed the matter, raising uncertainty about the status of the deal, the BBC reported. This is the second phone call between Xi and Trump this year. In June, they discussed rare earth exports. At that time, China agreed to allow US companies to export a limited number of them.
