US attacks Iranian radar installations
The United States has attacked Iranian coastal radar installations. The US Central Command (Centcom) said that the attack was carried out on June 5, targeting radar and surveillance installations on the islands of Goruk and Qeshm, located near the Strait of Hormuz. Earlier, US forces shot down four Iranian drones that were launched towards the Strait of Hormuz. Washington claims that the drones were sent to target ships operating in the area.
