Trump orders nuclear weapons test ahead of meeting with Xi

US President Donald Trump and Chinese President Xi Jinping met in the South Korean port city of Busan. The two leaders are currently visiting South Korea to attend the 32nd APEC summit. Earlier, the two leaders arrived at Gimhae International Airport in Busan on the morning of October 30.
