Concerns grow over Netanyahu's new military plan

Israel is set to launch a major military operation against Hamas in Gaza, with the main goal of freeing hostages and seizing territory. It includes plans to evacuate Gazans to the south. International organizations say it will increase civilian deaths and deepen the humanitarian crisis. Israel has withheld aid to pressure Hamas, but a new aid framework is also under discussion. Hamas and aid organizations call it political blackmail.
