Russia, Ukraine and the United States have met for the first time to discuss ending the nearly four-year-old Russia-Ukraine war. The trilateral meeting began in Abu Dhabi, the capital of the United Arab Emirates, on January 23. Qatar-based media outlet Al Jazeera reported that talks are also scheduled for January 24.
